There are two things you need to know about support.
The first is our telephone number. It's 0800 011 2378. Call it. We'll be there.
The second is our email address. It's support@modern-world.net.
There's a third thing. We've been on the wrong end of technical support helplines which were never answered, or only ever answered by machines, or which weren't technical or supportive enough. We didn't like it. Our aim is to provide the most prompt and efficient technical support we possibly can, and we will move mountains to help you when you need our help.
During office hours your call will usually be taken by one of our staff. If not, and outside these hours, your message will be forwarded automatically to all members of the support team, one of whom will contact you immediately if appropriate. You will not generally receive a reply between the hours of 1am and 7am (UK time) unless you have subscribed to a 24-hour support plan.
Support requests by email will also be forwarded automatically to all members of the support team. You will receive an automated response to inform you that your request is in the system, but a member of the team will also contact you immediately if appropriate.
Whatever the support issue, our aim is not only to resolve it as quickly as we can, but also to keep you informed while we do it. We've never liked being left in the dark, particularly not when there's a problem, and we won't do that to you either.
