Our servers are well-specified and well-maintained, and connected directly to the UK's Internet backbone. They're run well below capacity. All this means that they run fast and reliably.
We do not re-sell someone else's hosting packages. These are our servers, and we are directly responsible for running them. So you deal with us, and we deal with the machines.
We can take on as much or as little hosting management as you require. Some customers prefer to have more control, and for them we are able to provide control panels to manage easily such things as users and mailboxes without needing to ask us for assistance. Others prefer to leave all that to us. Fully-managed hosting contracts, which include web, mail and other services, begin at £10 a month. Partially-managed packages are even cheaper. Yes, there are cheaper packages out there on the market. But mostly, you get what you pay for. How easy is it to get technical support? How responsive are they? Do they have time to give you advice? Do they even have a telephone number, and does it ever get answered? If you decide to take your custom elsewhere, how easy do they make it for you?
