Our facility is environmentally-controlled and equipped with backup generators. Security staff are on-site 24 hours a day. Remote hands are available if your machine requires on-site attention. We offer all the usual things: DNS seconding, remote power switches, monitoring, backups and so on.
If already you have your own server, all you need to do is stick it in one of our racks. If you don't we can advise you on what you need, or even specify, supply and configure a complete package, for hire or for rental.
We charge £20 per month per rack unit, though we offer lower rates for higher quantities of rack space. Bandwidth charges are variable, and are as low as £10 per month. See our pricing page for more information.

Otherwise, we offer co-location in standard 850mm racks, based in our Manchester facility, where we have three upstream providers. We have remote hands arrangements with two different providers.
We charge for bandwidth to your server according to two distinct schemes, pay as you go and committed to buy. Under our pay as you go scheme, you fall into a charge band according to your usage, and that's how much you pay. We simply record your usage, and charge you accordingly each month. Under the committed to buy scheme, you choose the minimum bandwidth you agree to buy, and that determines how much the bandwidth you use will cost. The more you commit yourself to buy, the less we charge per Mbit/s. We calculate your usage for charging purposes according to the 95th percentile . The connections to your servers are burstable to 100Mbit/s. Our pricing page contains tables for charges for both schemes.
